The dealership is great! The only problem we have is the length of time getting parts. It is a shame that Cadillac Corporation is their own worst enemy.
The customer service was beyond excellent. Carlos always treats me very well. He worked on his weekend to go over the video with me of the issues with my truck. He knew I was having issues with my rental car so he was able to get me a loaner because of my loyalty to Cavender. They always try to make you comfortable while your at the dealership.

Hi, I was going over the fluid levels when I got home after the service at your service shop and noticed that the coolant level was at the same level that it was before I stopped at your repair shop. Did the mechanic top-off the coolant level?

Service always efficient and reliable. Carlos keeps me advised of the time and cost. Time usually long and cost high but that has to be expected with a 2006 model even with low miles. Cavender’s service is no doubt the main reason the car remains in “as new” condition.

Great service department! I had significant front end problems and needed assistance. Service was open day after Thanksgiving. They had all the parts and fixed my car same day. I’m from out of state and was extremely pleased I could get the car fixed same day. Our service rep Katelynn did a fantastic job handling my service needs at the dealership.
