I had an unfortunate incident with my 2025 CT5 Blackwing. Hit a large rock that was in the middle of the road. It went down the right side of vehicle. The staff was great and quick to assist. However I scheduled a 11:45 appointment and the vehicle wasn’t taken back for an hour and a half so don’t end up leaving the dealership until about 2:30 PM.
