Carlos made our service experience flawless, despite the woman making the appointment. She claimed they would have a loaner car for us. Carlos explained that they can’t have weekend loaners due to staffing. Carlos is the reason we stay at Cavendar for service.
I rarely write negative reviews, but the difference between my experience with Cavender Cadillac and another Cadillac dealership was so dramatic that it deserves to be mentioned.
I called Cavender Cadillac to schedule service for our 2026 Cadillac VISTIQ, which has several recall items that need to be addressed as well as an issue with the electric charging door not closing properly.

Exceptional customer service. I told Erick he made the sale because of his customer service. My wife actually liked a newer model more, and the price was comparable. I wanted to finish the sale with Erick. Beautiful showroom and all employees were very courteous.

I took my 2026 vehicle for initial checkup/ oil change etc. Javier provided excellent service, and the dealership was very comfortable. I was kept well informed by text, on the progress.. and the vehicle was even washed and cleaned at the finish!

Need to have the right hardware, the repair should taken an hour took 6 hours. No constant updates per repairs, I had to ask for updates.

We had a wonderful experience with Val and David. The only complaint I have is they replaced the tires on my 2 year old vehicle with $69 tires, so of course we are getting a new set of tires. Kind of cheaper out for a Cadillac. But the car is great so far. Thank you to Val and David.

Cavender Cadillac sold me a 2026 Cadillac Lyriq in February of 2026. Since then the Air conditioning has broken twice and the semi autonomous system has failed twice. This Monday I’ll be dropping it off for the third time in 5 months.
